To ensure a clean and welcoming environment for all our guests, we ask that all renters follow the guidelines below regarding cleaning and post-event responsibilities: 1. General Clean-Up Responsibilities All trash must be collected and placed in the designated bins or removed from the premises. Tables, chairs, and surfaces should be wiped down and free of food, spills, or decorations. Floors must be swept, and any spills or messes should be mopped or spot-cleaned. All decorations, equipment, and personal belongings must be removed by the end of the rental period. 2. Kitchen & Food Areas (if applicable) All food must be removed from the venue.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
