Reception/Foyer Area: Ideal for check-in, gifting & retractable banners Spa Access (by arrangement): Includes our Himalayan Salt Lounge, Wellness Circuit (cold plunge, steam room, sauna, hydrotherapy), and treatment rooms Conference Room: Equipped with an executive conference table, comfortable high-back chairs, and a flat-screen display—perfect for breakout sessions, presentations, or intimate meetings The space flows beautifully for events that need seamless transitions between movement, conversation, and rejuvenation. We take pride in maintaining a clean, serene, and welcoming environment at Five Elements. After each event: All surfaces, high-touch areas, and floors are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected Spa and wellness equipment (if used) is sanitized with medical-grade disinfectants Bathrooms are cleaned and restocked All trash is removed and bins are relined Common areas are reset and refreshed for the next guest Guests are kindly asked to return the space to its original condition and dispose of trash in provided bins. A standard cleaning fee may apply depending on the size and type of event.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
