The space features controlled lighting (no natural light), white walls, seamless backdrops, and a seasonal setup ideal for soft and elegant imagery. Photographers have access to continuous LED lighting and RGB lights upon request. The studio includes a makeup station and a cozy client lounge area. With an open layout and flexible setup options, it’s ideal for creatives looking to run their own themed sessions. Free onsite and street parking make access easy for you and your clients.

Health and Safety Measures
We clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces, equipment, and furniture between bookings. Floors are swept and mopped, and trash is removed after each session. We provide cleaning supplies on-site for guests to use as needed during their rental.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
