Cleanliness & Safety at Harmony House We care deeply about maintaining a clean, peaceful, and energetically aligned environment for all who enter. Our cleaning process includes: • Thorough cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces (floors, door handles, restroom, equipment, etc.) before and after each booking • Sanitization of high-touch areas using hospital-grade disinfectants • Fresh linens, towels, and Reiki table coverings are replaced after each session • Aromatherapy diffusers and energy-clearing sprays are used between bookings to reset the space both physically and energetically We kindly ask that all guests leave the space in the same condition it was found and treat it with the same level of respect and care we put into preparing it. Harmony House is more than a rental—it’s a sacred space, and we keep it that way with intention.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
