At Carte Brunch, the health and safety of our guests and team is our top priority. We follow a rigorous, daily cleaning protocol designed to minimize the risk of illness and ensure a safe, welcoming environment. Daily Cleaning Routine: • Before Opening: All surfaces, including tables, chairs, countertops, and food prep areas, are thoroughly sanitized using food-safe disinfectants. Floors are swept and mopped with anti-bacterial solutions. • During Service: High-touch surfaces (such as door handles, restroom fixtures, and payment stations) are sanitized every 30–60 minutes. Tables and seating are disinfected after each use. • Restrooms: Checked and cleaned multiple times throughout the day to ensure cleanliness and stock of hand soap and paper towels. • After Closing: A deep clean of the entire space is conducted, including kitchen equipment, dining area, and restrooms. All linens and reusable items are laundered or sanitized. Staff Hygiene & Safety: • Staff undergo regular hygiene training and are required to wash hands frequently. • Gloves are used for food handling and changed regularly. • Any employee exhibiting symptoms of illness is required to stay home. Air Quality & Ventilation: • We maintain proper ventilation throughout the space and use air purifiers as needed to support clean airflow. We take every precaution to provide a clean, safe dining experience, so our guests can relax and enjoy their time with us.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
