Here’s a look at our cleaning process: • Thorough Sanitization: After each event, our team deep-cleans all high-touch surfaces, including tables, chairs, door handles, and restrooms using hospital-grade disinfectants. • Professional Cleaning Team: We work with trained cleaning professionals who follow strict protocols to maintain a spotless environment. • Restroom Refresh: Restrooms are not only cleaned thoroughly but also restocked with essentials and refreshed to feel welcoming. • Floor to Ceiling Attention: From mopping and vacuuming to wiping down windows and fixtures, we make sure every detail shines. • Final Inspection: Before every event, a final walkthrough ensures everything is perfect for your arrival. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
