About the Space
The UCEA Boardroom is a flat floored space which can seat up to 32 in cabaret style, 32 boardroom style or 40 in theatre style. The room located on the 3rd Floor of the venue and is fully air conditioned and flooded with natural daylight from the large windows with the added bonus of views over Tavistock Square. It comes equipped with the following equipment as standard Windows Laptop 75” plasma screen High speed delegate Wi-Fi Flipchart The room has a Logitech Rally video conference system installed in the room which links up to the meetings platform of your choice for those hybrid and virtual meetings. Please note that this is at the additional cost of £180.00 + VAT.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
