Originally built as a drive-in restaurant and ice cream parlor in 1947, this unique space, just minutes from downtown Cincinnati, has been transformed into a versatile production studio with a commercial-grade kitchen, a spacious shooting area with 16-foot ceilings, and comfortable zones for clients or team collaboration. Ideal for photo and video shoots, creative meetings, workshops, corporate events, fundraisers, and other creative gatherings. This space was never intended for public use. For more than two decades, it served exclusively as the private studio for one of the country’s top commercial food photographers. Now, for the first time, it's available to rent. At the heart of the kitchen is a 15-foot stainless steel island—perfect for food styling, prepping for a shoot, or serving meals during events. The kitchen also features a gas cooktop, electric convection ovens, commercial-grade refrigerators and freezers, and a separate prep kitchen with a deep sink and workspace to support larger productions. The open studio area offers creative flexibility and can support multiple sets, with ample room for staging, production gear, and crew movement—ideal for everything from food photography to video and branded content. The lounge area offers a welcome break from the typical concrete-and-cinderblock studio. Designed by nationally known artist Keith Neltner, the custom mural adds both a creative spark and a nod to the building’s culinary roots. The space also includes a co-working table and relaxed seating, perfect for clients, collaborators, or simply taking a break.
