Flooded with natural light and boasting sweeping views over Manchester’s skyline, it’s perfect for photoshoots, filming, self-tapes, content creation, and editing. The studio offers an open, flexible layout with high ceilings, industrial charm, and a relaxed atmosphere where creativity can flow. Studio 418 is accessibility-friendly, with lift access directly to the floor, and 350 free parking spaces on-site make it easy for you and your clients to come and go.

The studio is thoroughly cleaned before each booking. High-touch surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant, and hand sanitizer is available on-site. We aim to keep the space fresh, tidy, and comfortable for everyone using it.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
