🧼 Cleaning & Sanitization Process At Sonderbar Internationale, we take pride in providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all of our guests. Our cleaning protocols are thorough and consistent before, during, and after every event: ✨ Before Your Event: All surfaces are sanitized, including tables, bar tops, seating, and high-touch areas like doorknobs and handles. Bathrooms are deep-cleaned and restocked. Glassware, utensils, and service equipment are polished and sanitized. Trash is removed, and the venue is aired out and refreshed. 🧽 During Your Event: A staff member discreetly maintains cleanliness throughout your event. Restrooms are checked and cleaned periodically. Bar and common areas are wiped down as needed, without disrupting your guests. 🧹 After Your Event: A full deep clean is performed, including mopping, sanitizing, and trash removal. Any event-specific waste or spills are taken care of immediately. We handle all post-event cleaning unless otherwise discussed — so you can focus on enjoying your event without stress.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
