Cleaning Protocol We take cleanliness and hygiene seriously to ensure every guest has a safe, comfortable, and professional experience. • The studio is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after each booking, with special attention to high-touch areas such as microphones, headphones, chairs, door handles, and tables. • All equipment is sanitized using alcohol-based solutions approved for electronic use. • Disposable mic covers and headphone pads are available upon request. • Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are provided in the studio for your convenience. • The space is well-ventilated and maintained regularly to ensure a fresh environment. • Trash is emptied and surfaces are wiped down between sessions. We kindly ask guests to leave the space in good condition and notify us immediately of any spills or damages so we can maintain a clean and professional atmosphere for everyone.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
