Natural Light in Vintage Townhome
About the Space
This space is a 2-story historic townhome with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Only one bedroom is accessible since the other bedroom is used for Airbnb guests, but as far as natural light goes, the light is better in the bedroom you will still have access to. There is a frontyard, front porch and backyard that are both available to use if needed as well. This space would be primarily great for natural light photo shoots or creative films. As far as privacy, I work remotely but can transition to any part of the home as needed if you need your own space during your booking. I am an artist, photographer and model myself so I am flexible and understand the nuances of providing a comfortable photo shoot experience!

The house is cleaned on a regular basis. Common and shared surfaces and spaces are wiped down and disinfected. Floors as vacuumed and mopped as well. Should anything not be to your satisfaction during your booking I will be available to handle it.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
