🧼 Our Cleaning Process at Sunrise Lodge At Sunrise Lodge, your comfort and safety are our top priorities. We follow a comprehensive and professional cleaning protocol between every guest to ensure a spotless and welcoming environment. ✅ What We Do After Every Stay: Thoroughly clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, remotes, keypads, etc.) Wash all linens and towels using high-heat cycles with hypoallergenic detergent Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens with hospital-grade cleaners Vacuum and mop all floors and refresh rugs and upholstery Restock essentials including hand soap, paper goods, and starter supplies (coffee, tea, etc.) Air out the property before guest arrival to ensure fresh airflow 🧴 Additional Details: Cleaning is performed by a trained professional housekeeping team Starter supplies (like disinfectant wipes and hand soap) are available for guest use
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
