About the Space

Boro Breeze Event Venue is your place to book for meeting spaces, networking parties, work spaces, study spaces, support group meetings, shower and me-time space, cooking for a large group -- events that need quiet or focus and events where you want to create safe, welcoming environments with a world-class island feel. We provide the space and when requested, we provide meal preparation so you can focus on your goal. Bookings are a minimum of 2-4 hours depending on event; renewable if time and engagements permit. *********************************** Boro Breeze Event Venue is host to four eating areas, a sitting room with fireplace, kitchen and coffee bar, as well as an open firepit outdoors that seats 12-15 comfortably. We are the perfect host for parties, meetings, support groups, social meeting spaces, shower and me-time, study or work focus, small classes, tutoring, couples classes, as well as romantic getaways -- a venue for warm gatherings that spark positive vibes and memorable experiences. We have amenities and appliances to create the environment that meets your expectations for informal or formal gatherings in a relaxing atmosphere. Upstairs, we have two guest rooms, a stress-relieving rain shower/bath combo with an attached lounge, soft furnishings and amenities to soothe, rejuvenate, immerse and pamper yourself. Menus and services are available upon request, including concierge services, personal services as well as guided career, life goals and mental health management. We provide last-minute requests and are available anytime you need information, instructions or assistance before and during your event and/or overnight stay.

Health and Safety Measures

Professional cleaning and disinfection of surface areas is provided between guests, to include areas such as tables, lamp tables, lamps, appliances, remotes, knobs, railings, fixtures, switches and handles. Kitchen utensils, dishware and cookware are washed between guests. Bathroom and kitchen amenities are replaced and/or restocked to prevent sharing or reuse. Bathroom and bedroom linens and all cloth surfaces are disinfected and washed where applicable between guests. Bathroom and kitchen are sanitized between bookings as well.

Cancellation Policy

Very Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
