Book your session today and elevate your production. ⏰ Overtime Policy To ensure fairness and smooth transitions between bookings, any overtime even as little as 10 or 20 minutes beyond the scheduled time—will result in an additional charge equal to 50% of the hourly rate. For example: If your hourly rate is $165 and you stay 15 minutes past your booking, an extra $82.5 fee will be added. This policy is enforced without exceptions, as overtime impacts our schedule, the next client’s setup, and our staff availability. We recommend wrapping up and exiting the studio at least 5 minutes before your session ends to avoid overtime charges. 📸 Media Release & Content Rights Policy By booking and using our studio facilities, you and all individuals participating in the session agree to the following terms: You grant FMR Media Group Inc. full and unrestricted rights to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, and publish any photo, video, audio, or behind-the-scenes content captured on our premises during your booking. This includes, but is not limited to, use on: • Our social media platforms • Website and digital portfolio • Advertising campaigns • Promotional materials • Internal or external presentations By renting our studio, you and your guests waive any right to inspect or approve the finished content and understand that no compensation or royalties will be provided for the use of this material. Additionally: • You release FMR Media Group Inc. from any liability or legal claims, including but not limited to copyright disputes, image rights, or privacy-related issues. • You confirm that you have informed all participants in your session about this policy and have their consent to appear in the content.
