Cleaning Protocol We take cleanliness and guest safety seriously. After each event, our space undergoes a thorough cleaning and sanitization process to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment for every guest. Our cleaning team: Disinfects all high-touch surfaces, including tables, chairs, doorknobs, and restrooms Sweeps, mops, and vacuums all floors Wipes down equipment and amenities (sound systems, TVs, lighting gear, etc.) Removes all trash and replaces liners before each new booking Ensures restrooms are fully stocked with soap, paper products, and sanitizer If your event includes food or large groups, additional mid-event cleaning services can be arranged upon request. We ask all guests to respect the space and leave it in the condition it was found, to help us maintain a high-quality experience for everyone.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
