Newly renovated and ready to rent!! Our rental space is 650 sq ft and is perfect for a variety of occasions, accommodating up to 50 guests. Whether you're celebrating birthdays, bachelor parties, baby showers, music showcases, rehearsals, choreography practice, podcasts, pop up shops, fundraisers, fantasy drafts, karaoke, poker nights, comedy shows, film screenings, engagement parties and more. We offer special day time rates for weekly/weekend classes such as yoga, dance, tutoring and events of that nature. Space is equipped with bathrooms, A/C unit, WIFI, racks to hang merchandise, emulator arcade machine, 100 inch projector screen and projector, big screen TV and audio equipment. Plenty of street parking available right off of Commercial Drive on Venables St. We allow liquor and cannabis consumption to adults of age, please note if your event is selling alcohol a special events permit will be required to sell liquor which can be obtained from the BC Services App. Our team can handle the bar tending, film/photography, audio technician and DJ services if needed for an extra charge. Our hourly rates are tailored to fit the size of your group and the duration of your event.

At The Front Supply, we take great pride in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for all of our customers. Our cleaning procedures are designed to ensure that the space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after each use. The cleaning process includes the following steps: Cleaning surfaces: All surfaces, including tables, chairs, and equipment, are wiped down with disinfectant wipes or spray. Sanitizing high-touch areas: High-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and bathroom fixtures are thoroughly sanitized. Vacuuming and mopping floors: Floors are vacuumed and mopped to remove any dirt or debris. Trash removal: All trash and debris are removed from the space and disposed of properly. Restocking supplies: Any necessary supplies, such as paper towels or toilet paper, are restocked. We use high-quality cleaning products that are effective at killing germs and viruses, and our staff is trained to follow proper cleaning protocols to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our customers. We take cleaning and sanitation seriously at The Front Supply, and we are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all who use our space.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
