Cleaning Instructions for Guests To help us keep How Sanguine beautiful and ready for the next guest, please follow these steps before the end of your rental:* 1. Trash & Disposal * Bag all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins. * Do not leave food waste, drinks, or personal items behind. * Recycling should be separated and placed in clearly marked bins (if applicable). 2. Kitchen Use & Clean-Up * The kitchen may be used for *basic prep only*—no cooking or heating of food. * You may use the fridge for temporary storage, but all items must be removed before you leave. * Do **not** use any of our kitchenware, cookware, utensils, or small appliances. * Wipe down all kitchen counters and surfaces used during prep. 3. Furniture & Layout * Return all furniture, chairs, and tables to their original positions. * If you moved any décor or items, please return them to where they were. 4. Surfaces & Floors * Wipe down all surfaces used, including dining tables, prep counters, and any other areas where food or drinks were served. * Sweep all floors, especially in high-traffic areas like the dining room and kitchen. * Spot clean any spills or messes on the floor immediately to avoid staining. * If any damage occurs, please notify us immediately to avoid additional charges. 5. Restrooms * Remove all trash and personal items. * Wipe down counters if needed and ensure the space is left tidy. 6. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
