Located in Fort Worth’s Near Southside, just minutes from Downtown, this space offers a modern yet comfortable atmosphere ideal for both professional and creative sessions. The room is fully equipped with high-speed internet, a smart TV with casting capabilities and HDMI ports, and large whiteboards, making it easy to present, collaborate, and stay productive. A full kitchen and break area are available for catering or refreshments, and on-site parking makes arrival stress-free. 2-hour minimum booking required. We are committed to providing a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. Our space is thoroughly cleaned and reset after each booking, including: • Disinfecting high-touch surfaces (tables, chairs, doorknobs, remotes, and whiteboards) • Wiping down and sanitizing shared areas such as the kitchen and restroom • Emptying trash and replacing liners • Reorganizing chairs and resetting the conference table to its original layout • Floors are swept and mopped regularly We ask that guests return the space to a clean condition and dispose of any food, trash, or materials brought in during their booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
