About the Space
Space available for events,photo shoots, birthday parties, dance practice, pool party...let your imagination run! AMENITIES - Available 7 days a week, 8:30am - 11:00pm - Pool - Full kitchen - Multiple rooms...Room 1 is 200sf and Room 2 is 300sf. ( enough for upto 100 guests at a time) - Security attendant on-site from 2:00pm - 11:00pm SPECIAL NOTES Requirements for pool use. An American Red Cross certified lifeguard must be on-site during all pool use. We can provide one for an additional charge or you can bring your own. If you provide your own lifeguard, a copy of their certification(s) must be presented on day of the event.

Space is cleaned between each guest. Then cleaned again at the end of the day.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
