The property is professionally cleaned between each guest stay following enhanced procedures designed for luxury rentals. All bathrooms and kitchen areas are thoroughly sanitized, with special attention given to high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and appliance handles. Linens and towels are fully laundered, and all floors—both hard surfaces and carpets—are cleaned using appropriate methods. Common areas, bedrooms, and furniture are dusted and disinfected, and outdoor spaces, including the pool area and patio furniture, are also tidied and reset. These procedures are in place to ensure the home is presented in clean, guest-ready condition upon arrival.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
