We are located in a historic sugar mill in the Rino area. Our industrial brick interior has a unique look for your event. * **Furniture:** Lounge seating, pool table which can be converted to a banquet table, small oval conference table, small mobile bar table, large banquet table, 8 chairs, amplifier and microphone, full kitchen, TV with AV connection * **Additional Amenities:** Wine and water glasses for 75 guests Perfect space for a commercial shoots, a micro conference to a micro wedding! And everything in-between. We have preferred vendor partnerships for food and beverage. Please, tell us what you envision and we would be please to accommodate all your needs. We have a professional cleaning crew who clean the day after an event and come in to do touch ups before an event if needed.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
