Lower Lonsdale (North Vancouver) studio for rent! Bright space in a heritage building with a beautiful large window that provides plenty of natural light. It is right on 1st and Lonsdale (two minute walk to the quay and surrounded by great restaurants and coffee shops)! Also, living in rainy Vancouver, this is a great option for an alternative shoot location. We currently have a backdrop system installed which can accommodate three different backdrops (white & thunder grey and space for another colour if wanted). There’s also the option of using our studio light (it is an old school light) but works quite well depending on the look you’re trying to achieve. The window side of the studio now has white vinyl flooring installed (not the best installation as done by us lol), but it works and we did it to reflect a nice white light when shooting and not the orange of the hardwood. There is also a sitting area for clients, a large mirror, coffee machine & Bluetooth/ record player, basic office supplies, a fold out table if you’re just looking to edit/ work in the space for a bit as well as wifi.
