Our property is professionally cleaned and thoroughly reset between each booking to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience. Our Cleaning Process Includes: • Professional Cleaning Crew: Our team uses CDC-approved disinfectants and follows enhanced cleaning protocols after every use. • High-Touch Surfaces: All frequently touched surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, handles, remote controls, and shared work tools are disinfected with extra care. • Soft Surfaces: Upholstery, rugs, and linens are vacuumed, sanitized, and laundered using hot water and hypoallergenic detergent. • Restrooms & Kitchen: All surfaces are sanitized, and high-traffic areas are deep cleaned and restocked with essentials before every booking. • Meeting Equipment: Whiteboards, markers, remote controls, and conferencing equipment are wiped down and sanitized. • Supplies for Guests: Disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, and soap are readily available during your visit. Our goal is to provide not only a beautiful and functional space, but one that ensures peace of mind. We appreciate your care and cooperation in helping us maintain a clean environment for all guests.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
