Our property is professionally cleaned and thoroughly reset between each booking to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience. Our Cleaning Process Includes: • Professional Cleaning Crew: Our team uses CDC-approved disinfectants and follows enhanced cleaning protocols after every use. • High-Touch Surfaces: All frequently touched surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, handles, remote controls, and shared work tools are disinfected with extra care. • Soft Surfaces: Upholstery, rugs, and linens are vacuumed, sanitized, and laundered using hot water and hypoallergenic detergent. • Restrooms & Kitchen: All surfaces are sanitized, and high-traffic areas are deep cleaned and restocked with essentials before every booking. • Meeting Equipment: Whiteboards, markers, remote controls, and conferencing equipment are wiped down and sanitized. • Supplies for Guests: Disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, and soap are readily available during your visit. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
