There are exactly 80 seats. We provide black chair covers and black table clothes for the 11 black oblong tables with black glitter runners. OR you are welcome to use your own. 5 tall pup tables with 10 black pub stools. Bar, tv/wifi, small kitchenette area- with small frig, large microwave , sink, ice machine. 2 ADA restrooms- enough space to also dance. Set up how you need to set up for your Event/Meeting.

I clean my space sometimes twice a day- rather there has been an Event/Meeting there that day or not. I have always had an issue with cleanliness- even way before the Pandemic! My Space is spotless, “especially” the rest rooms. I have Lysol cleaning products located in both rest rooms, under the kitchen sink and in utility cupboard. My cleaning crew comes every Wednesday.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
