BOOKING MEETING AND SOCIAL SPACE DURING WEEKDAY Clients are responsible for removing all décor, cleaning food area , sweeping , mopping up spills on the floors, cleaning the bathrooms and empty both bathroom trash. Renter MUST dispose of all trash from trash bins into the large dumpsters located in the back of the Venue right outside the exit door. New trash bags must be replaced in all 4 large trash bins. All tables must be folded and stacked against the wall, all chairs cushions must be removed from chairs before stacking chairs. Cushions to be placed stacked near chairs. If trash or food not disposed / or requires additional cleaning ex. (body fluids, spills / food etc..) outside of the scope listed. D2D Venue will charge the cleaning crew’s Full Event Clean for an additional $300 & will be deducted from the security deposit. Clients must get prior approval of all outside devices/equipment/ machinery that will be used at venue , and must be supported with an additional power surge cord provided by client Venue Only does not come with an onsite hostess. Any emergency incidents or assistance needed will be answered by the on call staff and will arrive within an hour of the call if need be. ALL INCLUSIVE EVENT BOOKINGS The Renter is responsible for deposing of all trash/food in the provided trash bins located inside the venue after their event. The basic cleaning fee is automatically added to each all inclusive rental. This covers Dare II Décor BASIC CLEANING of removing all décor, mopping the floors, and cleaning the bathrooms. If Renter does not dispose of all trash/ or requires additional cleaning ex. (body fluids, large spills / food etc..) outside of the scope listed. D2D Venue will charge the cleaning crew’s Full Event Clean for an additional $200 will be deducted from the security deposit.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
