We follow a thorough cleaning protocol before and after every booking to ensure a spotless and welcoming environment. 🧼 Professional-Grade Cleaning: All high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, remotes, countertops, etc.) are disinfected with EPA-approved products. 🛏️ Fresh Linens & Towels: Linens, towels, and soft goods are laundered using fragrance-free detergent at high heat after every use. 🧽 Bathroom & Kitchen Sanitization: The bathroom, shower, and kitchenette areas are deep cleaned and sanitized between every guest, with special attention to frequently used areas. 🌬️ Ventilation: Windows are opened between bookings to allow for airflow and fresh air circulation. Air purifiers may be used in indoor spaces. 🤝 Contact-Free Entry & Communication: If requested, guests can opt for contactless check-in. We remain available by phone or message for any questions during your time in the space. You can feel confident that the space is well-maintained, deeply cleaned, and ready for your creative work.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
