It’s a versatile space ideal for musicians, artists, pregnancy shoots, portraits, and content creation of all kinds. The open layout makes it easy to adapt to your project. On the music side, the studio is fully set up for recording and music production. With professional equipment on hand, it’s a comfortable and creative environment for bands, solo artists, and collaborators to work on their sound. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We take cleanliness seriously to make sure every guest has a comfortable and safe experience. Professional Cleaning: The studio is fully disinfected three times a week, with extra attention given to high-touch areas like door handles, light switches, recording equipment, and seating. Before Each Booking: We do a walkthrough to make sure the space is tidy, floors are swept, and all equipment and props are neatly organized. After Each Booking: Guests are expected to return the studio to the condition they found it. Please: Remove all personal items and trash. Wipe down any surfaces or equipment you used (cleaning supplies are provided). Return props, lights, and backdrops to their original positions. Sanitizing Supplies: We provide disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, and paper towels for guest use during your session. Air Quality: Windows can be opened for fresh airflow, and the space is aired out regularly.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
