About Erinmills Event Centre

Welcome to Erinmills Event Centre a modern, versatile space located just off the QEW and Erinmills Parkway, designed to host everything from private parties, birthdays, bridal or baby showers, to corporate events and special celebrations. Our venue comfortably accommodates approximately 20 to 60 guests, with flexible table setups and layouts that we can adjust to match your vision. Whether you’re planning a seated dinner or a more open, social event, we make it easy to configure the space your way. We also offer a dedicated dance floor area, along with customizable lighting, optional drapery, and décor options to help create the exact atmosphere you’re going for. We have a fully equipped kitchen on-site, including a stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, making catering and food prep simple and convenient. The space also includes a washroom with two stalls for guests. Access is easy with a ground-level entrance, no stairs or elevators to worry about which makes loading in and welcoming guests easy. There is also ample parking available both at the front and rear of the building, so your guests won’t have to stress about finding a spot. Overall, we’ve designed the space to be flexible and easy to work with, so you can bring your event to life exactly how you imagine it.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
