This space is great for anyone that wants to host private events (especially wellness events as we have a sauna, hammocks and patio, apothecary garden, flower garden, and 4 acres). The sun room has been so special to host dinners. It allows you to have the outdoor, indoor feel, when it cools off outside. There is also a fireplace in there as well. Film movies here in our groovy basement that has the original light fixtures. Or the old 1800s barn that has the old horseshoes nailed to the siding. Utilize the outdoor spaces- PLEASE. We lived in this house and enjoyed every one of the 3400 square feet. There is a sauna that can be used for an extra fee as well, so the options are literally endless.
