"Rafael and his team were very easy to work with. His communication was terrific and he was very respectful of my home and rule requests. The booking went as planned and he followed the rules well. He generously replenished supplies of mine that they used and left the extras with me. I just have 2 suggestions for the future: do a better job cleaning up ( no one swept or mopped any floors after a crew of 20+ for 2 long days ) and try to do better with keeping the doors shut. It was 90 degrees out so the A/C was needed and on, so having open doors thruout the house wasted energy, and by the end of the day, flies were everywhere inside. Overall, though, everything went well and I would welcome he and his team back anytime. They were a hardworking, friendly, fantastic group! "
