Yes, I would host them again.
"Great communication and flexible guest. We had an issue with the lockbox freezing during the polar vortex and they were very understanding. Usually video shoots last a bit longer, which isn't a problem if we don't have a booking right after. The owner is very anal about proper hours being reported and billed. They were proactive with letting me know about the extra hours and I was able to update the reservation before the owner contacted me with any complaints. Despite mother nature working against us and the last minute need to extend the reservation, I feel thanks to the great communication, the client, the owner, and the coordinator (myself) were all able to complete the reservation reasonably happy."
