No, I would not host them again.
"Maria did not consider or respect my rules. She had 19 people at the Original Pink Palace. I know this because we make everyone sign in upon their arrival. My Production Assistant also took several behind the scenes photos that reflect the number/large cast, crew & Managers on set. I usually only accept 6 people but agreed to 10 persons only with the xtra payment. I also sent out a confirmation 2 days prior to the shoot to reiterate the rules. In this very specific letter I stated the following: “Please also respect the agreed upon 10 person maximum allowed. No more should be in the space or outside my home. This includes talent & crew. This is all outlined in my rules 💞You will have 10 min. to load in & then the doors will be closed & no one is to enter or exit making this a closed shoot. No swapping out crew or cast” I can tell you that none of the above was followed & they came in & out all day. Disrupting my neighbors. I take great pride in providing a pleasant experience & a unique venue for my guests however they must be honest w/ me. I am not Quixote Studios..I am a small private residence in an apartment community. Maria was trying to get small time rates for a big time production that I would have *never accepted had I known her intentions. I can safely say I wouldn't book to her again. I will end on a positive note: the crew was very nice & everything was put back. In the end Peerspace agreed that I was right & it was all taken care of & for that I am 💗grateful. "
