"It was a pleasure working with Nan and her crew. Nan and Iris were very good with keeping in communication with me about their process, what was needed and timing. They followed my house rules and left my house in good condition. They were super prompt in resolving minor issues and I appreciated their professionalism. I would recommend Nan and her crew for future shoots. "

"There was a lot of miscommunication. They came early when I asked them not to. Somehow we both misunderstood one another. Then, I repeated about 5 times please leave the space exactly as it is now. I came in to my office, toys were strewn about (?) and there were three of my chairs in my waiting room sort of thrown in a circle (?) and all the lights and sound machines were unplugged and there were scratches on the walls and tape here and there all over the floor. The place was a mess I was angry and I still offered the courtesy of asking them if they wanted to pick up the dolls they left behind. It took me an hour to reset the office to how it was before they came in, that is where the extra charges are coming from. The video they made did an excellent job of editing out the mess they left. I think they meant well, I love offering my space to film students. This was the worst experience yet and I will not book again with them. I am going to say maybe they were having an off day... I hope so."
