No, I would not host them again.
"Unfortunately, we didn't have a great experience with Fatimah. The day she arrived, traffic was delaying her guests, so we called and offered to let her stay an extra hour for free. The stay resulted in a chair completely broken to 3 pieces for which we filed for damages on Peerspace. We notified her about it and made a request to Peerspace to let them delay payment by a month, keeping the dispute open until then. A few days later, Peerspace charged the booker. I was notified that the dispute was resolved, and that the booker paid. As soon as I got the message, I proactively reached out to them, asking if it was expected to be paid this early, and if it wasn’t, I would request a reversal. After we reached out, Fatimah messaged us telling us to reverse it. Within the minute, I sent a message to Peerspace to request a reversal of the transaction, since they requested to pay it in the future. It was not under our control, we were not responsible for transactions between Peerspace and guests, but she expected it to be done asap. We communicated that we haven't received any money yet, we were emailing Peerspace Support, and would call them as soon as they open the phone lines to help her. But she demanded a guarantee from us that the money for the furniture they broke was going to be back in her account promptly, which we are powerless to do on a Sunday as users of Peerspace. Aside from this, she left the space very clean after her stay, which we truly appreciate."
