Yes, I would host them again.
"Tommy was very understanding when the Studio door would not open. We changed the locks to Smart lock and somebody with an old key used the old key plus the Smart lock accidentally. I deeply apologized. Please refund Tommy his money. I also offered Tommy a complimentary day of the same amount of time. He will book the studio again in November (he said). I am very sorry for this hassle. Look forward to hosting Tommy's photo shoot as soon as possible. Sincerely, Jane Sunlit Arts Studio manager"
