They left the home messy, did not move any of the furniture back and left the front door unlocked. Literally the door was cracked open. When I called the host to inquire, as we thought maybe someone had burglarized the home, he was initially helpful, but then turned rude and defensive. Overall, a disappointing experience with what seems to be a professional company. Maybe they were just having an off day. "
