"Unfortunately, we had some issues with this booking. We were told that they would send 3 to 4 small boxes of brochures, and the boxes we received were several hard cases taller than me, along with 6+ large shipping boxes, as well. I had to ask for help to move them all. We would have appreciated more transparency when it came to what was being shipped to us. We have still the boxes here waiting for someone to pick them up after we were told they'd be collected the same day."
