No, I would not host them again.
"Jason himself was a very nice guy and I would be happy to have him back in our space, however we had a few issues with his director having a bit of an attitude in the beginning (this stopped later in the rental). They were planning on plastering our condo building with signage, despite our rules explicitly stating that this wasn't allowed (our building doesn't allow signage and we would have been severely fined for this if we hadn't caught them beforehand). The booking was for an off-site, however towards the end of the rental, they brought in props and began moving around furniture and decor. This was done without permission, without proof of insurance and without a prior understanding, but rather a sense of entitlement. I was shocked that the director lacked the respect to even ask if we would allow them to completely rearrange our home. We had just added some extremely fragile vintage style lightbulbs that costed $50 each literally the night before their rental and we are very lucky that I caught them before they had a chance to damage the new decor. At the end of their booking, the piled equipment outside of our door in the building's common areas, which our building specifically does not allow (this is also stated in our listing's rules). Jason is a really nice guy and these renters would be just fine in a commercial space, but my advice would be to exercise extreme caution before renting your home to them, as our rules were completely ignored."
