"Olwin seemed very nice though communication was an issue. She arrived 30 minutes late to her booking and didn't inform the host prior. The host had to contact her to find out the delay and see if they were still planning to use the space. Due to her being late, the host provided instructions for the rental space via phone and a list of rules/instructions is listed on the PeerSpace listing and a hardcopy left in the rental room. This includes how to access restrooms. The host found out during the rental period that the guest and her guests were using another business' restrooms and had not attempted to contact the host for clarification. Olwin also ran over her time by an hour and failed to contact the host to gain permission to extend her time. "
