No, I would not host them again.
"The client came 30 min late. The client broke one of the spotlights that they seem to have taken apart with force. I was hoping he/ they would've addressed this in an honest way afterwords. Worst of all, he/ they left the place with a candle still burning inside the control room!! The client also left a lot of weed crumbs at the office table, at the drawer back against the wall and at the floor in the control room. They also left a bunch of glasses still containing alcohol that smelled a lot. Didn’t seem like there had been a huge party entirely “out-of-control”, but I still expect better manners from grown ups. He/ they/ didn't put various of the furnitures and decorations (that had been moved around for the video shoot) back to its original location. All combined, we had to postpone our next booked session in order to make the place look and smell clean and "back to normal" Which put us in a really bad light and had some consequences. I also mentioned to the client how important it is to lock the doors after leaving... This never happened! Basically anyone could've entered the studio. Luckily we do have a 24/7 security guard at the building in addition to a lot of cameras. All this combined with the burning candle could've gone really bad... Overall very disappointing when you give someone your trust to use your space."
