"Yi was not able to get in to the space on time however she was told to call a phone number to assist her for her event but she didn't call. She also said she would need some coffee so we agreed to let her use the coffee machine inside our office as courtesy and kept the office open for her however she brought her own coffee to provide for her team but still wanted access to the coffee machine inside our office and demanded that the area be accessible for her which our staff members were confused about since she already has what she needed from the office which was coffee. She was also yelling at one of out staff member when she was told the office was going to be locked since she already brought her own coffee so we had to keep the office open for her for no reason which was separate from the space that she booked . We would host again for her event but we ask that next time she follows instructions and respect our staff members. "
