"Ashley was the event planner for this reservation, but we only spoke via PeerSpace. The actual client is who we interacted with. The equipment rental company showed up 3 hours earlier than the reservation and 3 hours after there reservation ended. When the cleaning staff showed up, the guests were still hanging out and the place was not cleaned as stated. We did agree the rental company could come the next morning to pick up the equipment, but the expectation was that everything would be cleaned as per the rules. Payment for this reservation (staying overnight) was not completed until a few days after the reservation. "
