"It was a pleasure to assist Ferran with his conference room needs for a weekend training session. He was polite, courteous, responded in a timely manner on all correspondence. His group was fantastic to work with, too. Unfortunately, I had to add on a last minute fee for overtime air and, though it was a surprise to Ferran, we shared the cost and were able to "make it right" for everyone. I would definitely book another event with Ferran."
