"Brian was very easy to work with to set up the reservation. However, when his colleagues arrived, they were inconsiderate to staff and difficult to work with. Despite being told that there were other meetings happening in adjacent spaces, they often complained to the staff about noise. The reservation was scheduled to end at 1:30PM, but they thought they had the space reserved until 4:00, and we had booked the space for someone else. They then stayed in our common areas until at least 3:00PM. It was busy day at our spaces and all of our rooms were booked simultaneously. It was not helped by the guests' behavior with dealing with the staff and our other renters. "
