"Katie and team were relatively clean and easy to work with. I would have liked a bit more communication ahead of time and at check out to make sure the property was left secured. In the future I would appreciate if they asked if they could use personal items, such as my hairbrush and utensils/ dishes. But in all, they respected the no shoes in the house rule and were punctual. Thanks!"
