No, I would not host them again.
"I had an ok time with Sahil, though there were some bumps. The low point of the evening came at the end of the rental. Sahil announced to me that they were just about loaded out, and I began to reset the rooms for my next rental. Sahil had used 90 minutes of overtime, which was fine, but it left me a tight 30 minutes for my venue reset. I discovered that an antique mirror in my space was broken. I looked around and Sahil and his team were gone. They had also left numerous beer bottles and mild amounts of trash throughout many of the rooms. I ran up to the curb and found Sahil and his crew mate in their car, about to drive away. I told them about the broken mirror and that our Peerspace agreement had stated that they were responsible for leaving the venue as they had found it. Sahil and his colleague immediately followed me back into the space, helped me gather the beer bottles and trash, and agreed to pay the $50 for the broken mirror. Their explanation for the broken mirror was, "I wasn't shooting that scene." Their cooperation is appreciated, and I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that they didn’t read our agreement closely and didn’t understand that they were responsible for clean up. Nevertheless, it’s not a great feeling to catch a renter possibly trying to flee their responsibilities. There were other negatives and positives about my experience Sahil, but Peerspace is not giving me the room to describe it. Decent rental, but I wouldn't host again."
