"Ramone is a very nice guy, but I think the event he held attracted folks he was not prepared for. He held a pop-up event to sell items from various designers and artists. But the folks who came got drunk and acted poorly. One of our display cases was broken into, there were fights and public drinking. In the end no damage was done, but we won't be renting to folks holding similar events in the future. "
