"Booking occurred during Covid when stricter restrictions were in place. Overall easy to work with, but the number of people who were there was way more than anticipated. The guest did not communicate that there would be lots of different people coming and going throughout the day. In a normal situation, that would've been okay, but due to Covid, it was a larger issue."
