"1. How easy were they to work with? The crew - 5 stars. Open to feedback and helpful in making changes once we brought them to their attention. Abdool - 2 stars. Since he booked the space, he is the guest we need to review. As this is our first time using Peerspace, we assumed that Abdool would read and communicate our Rules/Policies to his guests and address any questions before the booking (or even during the booking). After relaying our concerns so that we would not have to leave this guest a poor review, it was clear that the feedback we gave was too much. 2. Did the booking go as planned? -No, it didn’t. 3. Did they follow your host rules? No. Many rules were disregarded and/or misinterpreted, without the guest taking the initiative to contact us for clarity or to request changes. We are more than happy to be flexible with the use of our space if guests communicate their needs with us clearly beforehand. We learned a lot from this first time on Peerspace. Unfortunately for us as a Host, rules that were broken directly and negatively impact other tenants of the property. If all Production Events rent spaces under the assumption that rules are the same for every space, we likely will not allow such productions in our space in the future. As a Host, we simply ask for rules to be read, questions to be asked, and feedback to be welcomed. This was not our experience with this guest."
